30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. The item should be returned in its original packaging, and a valid order number or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, customized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.


International Returns USA 

We accept returns from customers in the United States . All returns must be shipped to our India address. Customers are responsible for international return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video proof. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days after approval. The amount will be credited within 5 business days to your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.
